We, FICO Solutions Nigeria LTD, the creators of first ever-Nigerian Fashion dolls: of sample or template contracts and other legal documents. We are not in any way providing legal advice or any legal services.

How to place order

Delivery

We shall endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. If it is not possible to ship within 5 working days following your order date, we shall contact you by email to give an estimated delivery date and re-confirm that you still wish to go ahead.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but If you do change your mind we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 5 working days starting with the day after the delivery date.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items are in appropriate protective packaging.

If you return an item you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for postage. Refunds will be applied back to your account that was used to purchase the item.

Cancellation and returns

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

When returning items for any reason it must be within 14 days of receipt of item and it must be in its original condition, then the item will be refunded less the price of postage. Prior to any return please get in contact with us, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance.

Nigerian Fashion dolls

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e­mail us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the items and goods to us at your own expense. 1 You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if items and goods are faulty or misdescribed

All wholesale orders are delivered within 21days as its come from Nigeria.

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e­mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the items and goods, we will e­mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email – confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

Faulty goods

If the items and goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
